Anger is a primary feeling that all people must learn to manage. Anger is not a "bad" feeling, but it's what you do with it that matters. We all experience anger. It can motivate us or destroy us.

In fact there is some anger involved in most all "cohesive" relationships. There are some aspects of "love and hate" in most relationships. It is important to recognize these feelings. Without these feelings, we would more than likely "drift" away from one another. A certain amount of conflict may be necessary to bond people. Too much conflict can destroy relationships. Balance is important in all aspects of life.
